Observation

Licensor observed during onsite visit that the diapering creme did not have the required documentation attached to the containers, therefore licensor could nto confirm when and if the child recived the medication or when it was to be used on the child. Licensor observed a food supplement for a toddler aged child to be on the counter and accessible to the children in the classroom.
